Please join us for the second in a series of roundtable discussions offered through the Entrepreneurs Association for 2008-2009.
On Tuesday, November 18, panelists will discuss "Building Successful Companies Through Successful Exits - The Benefit of Wealth Management Planning".
Agenda:
- Scott Nevins will give a short introductory presentation which highlights the bridging of building a company through its sale.
- Andi Gray, business coach, will present her methodology of coaching executives to help them build their early to mid stage businesses. She will also highlight several specific examples.
- David Weinreb will present "Planning for the Sale".

Andi Gray - President and Founder of Strategy Leaders, Inc
Andi Gray has more than 20 years’ experience in business development, sales and marketing. Working for the leaders of Corporate America – including Xerox, American Express, and Contel - her background spans both manufacturing and service economies.
Experience in a family-owned computer business taught her about the joys and challenges of entrepreneurship. Educated in the United States and Europe, Andi earned an MBA from the Executive Program at Columbia University in 1994.
She is co-author of the book New Game, New Rules, introduced by Garland Publishing in March 1996.
Andi's expertise on the transition to entrepreneurship has made her a trusted resource for business media from The New York Times to The London Economic Times.
Her business advice column “Ask Andi” appears weekly in the Westchester and Fairfield County Business Journals and Hudson Valley Business, and is cited by business owners throughout the New York metropolitan area as a highly valued source of practical information and small-business solutions.
David Weinreb- Vice President, Director Wealth Management Group, Bernstein Global Wealth Management
Mr. Weinreb joined Bernstein’s Wealth Management Group as a Director in 2005; he works with clients to develop strategies that accomplish their estate planning objectives, including the tax-efficient transfer of wealth to family members and charities. Before joining the firm, Mr. Weinreb was a partner in the family wealth management group of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, a Philadelphia law firm. He also served as a member of the executive committee of the probate and trust law section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and chaired its taxation committee. In 2005, Law & Politics Magazine and Philadelphia Magazine cited him as a “rising star” in the area of trusts and estates. Mr. Weinreb received a BA from Vassar College and a JD, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where he was notes editor of the Brooklyn Law Review.
